  4. Ahora tendremos que esperar a que la temperatura del vaso baje a 60º antes de continuar.
  5. Una vez alcanzados los 60º, incorpora el sobre de color de gasificante y mezcla 1 minuto en velocidad 4. Una vez mezclado ya tendremos nuestro azúcar invertido listo para usar en el helado.
  6. Para el helado lo primero es poner el azúcar en el vaso y pulverizarlo durante 20 segundos, a velocidad progresiva 5-10
  7. Añadimos las frambuesas y trituramos 30 segundos velocidad progresiva 5-10.
  8. Incorporamos el azúcar invertido y la nata (la cantidad de ésta es orientativa, hay recetas que ponen la misma cantidad de nata que de frambuesas, pero así queda muy pesada, y personalmente no me gusta) y ponemos 1 minuto, velocidad 5.
  9. El helado se puede tomar inmediatamente o meterlo en el congelador para que quede más sólido.
