  6. Aplana ligeramente los molinetes con el cubilete y píntalos con huevo batido. Hornea 20 minutos (a 200 grados), hasta que estén dorados. Retira del horno, deja templar y sirve.
  7. Nota: Si lo deseas puedes sustituir la carne de ternera por pollo, cerdo, cordero…, etc.
