- 300 gramos caldo de pollo, o agua y una pastilla de avecrem

- Incorpora el vino y programa 3 minutos, varoma, velocidad 1.
- Añade el pimentón, la harina, el tomate frito, la sal, la pimienta y el caldo. Programa 20 minutos, 100 grados, velocidad 1.
- Espera unos minutos a que baje la temperatura y tritura la salsa 30 segundos, velocidad 9.
- Vierte la salsa sobre las albóndigas y hornea 10 minutos.
