- Añade los ajos y el pimiento verde. Tritura 4 segundos, velocidad 5, baja con la espátula los restos hacia abajo del vaso.
- Sofríe todo 5 min/ varoma/ velocidad 1.
- Pon la mariposa, agrega el tomate y sofríelo 5 min/ temperatura 100 grados/ giro a la izquierda/ velocidad cuchara.
- Ahora echamos al vaso la sepia en este caso. (lo que tú quierasañadir), sofríe 5 min/ varoma/ velocidad cuchara.
- Agrega el arroz, la sal, la pimienta y la tinta. Sofríe durante 5 min/ varoma/ giro a la izquierda/ velocidad cuchara.
- Añade el caldo o fumet caliente y el vino, programa 12 min/ varoma/ giro a la izquierda/ velocidad cuchara. (SIN CUBILETE).
- Rectifica de sal si hiciese falta.
