  6. Cubrimos la masa con una capa de tomate frito, en mi caso utilizo uno casero y los ingredientes que deseemos. En este caso he usado pechuga de pavo braseado y varios tipos de queso. Terminamos espolvoreando orégano.
  7. Metemos al horno a 220 grados durante unos 20 minutos.
