- Esperamos a que la patata se quede blandita, ya que el calabacín tarda menos tiempo (incluso puedes echar la patata primero y al rato hervir los calabacines para que vayan a la par)
- Una vez el sofrito este listo y el calabacín junto a la patata bien hervidos (que estén blandos para que luego en la batidora sea más sencillo triturarlos), nos disponemos a meter todo en la Thermomix.
- Una vez triturado, añadimos pastilla de avecrem o sal, pimienta negra, mantequilla y el queso (puede ser tranchete, quesitos, queso azul, queso philadelphia,...)
- Cuando todo este listo, añadiremos unos 100-200 ml de agua (si quieres mayor espesura, menos agua y viceversa). Volvemos a removerlo y listo para disfrutar.
