- Ponemos una sartén amplia al fuego medio, echamos unas gotas de agua para comprobar que está caliente y retiramos con un papel de cocina. Cubrimos la base con una garcilla ayudándonos con su base para extender por toda la sartén. Dejamos que se seque por arriba y añadimos una cucharadita de aceite repartida.
- Cuando veamos parte doradas, despegamos con cuidado y damos la vuelta. Presionamos para que termine de hacerse, giramos de nuevo y ponemos en el centro parte del relleno reservado.
- Cerramos primero un lado y después el otro y retiramos a un plato. Hacemos todas igual. Servimos enteras o cortadas a la mitad.
