  3. Agregamos la levadura y mezclamos unos segundos en vel 3.
  4. Añadimos la harina y la sal y mezclamos 15 seg/ vel 6. Si no tenéis thermomix esto mismo hacéis en un bol y os ayudáis de vuelta ras manos para que quede todo integrado.
  5. Sacamos la bola de masa madre que ya estará flotando.
  6. La incorporamos al vaso y programamos 2 min/ vel espiga.
  7. Dejamos tapada reposando hasta que salga por el bocal la masa, unos 45 minutos.
  8. Programamos unos segundos a vel espiga para desgasificamos la masa.
  9. Engrasamos una bandeja de horno. Enharináis el mesado y echáis la masa, la amasáis pero muy poco.
  10. Colcocáis sobre la bandeja engrasada y la estiráis a vuestro gusto, podéis hacer marcas con los dedos como la propia focaccia italiana.
  11. Decoráis con los tomates secos, las aceitunas en rodajas o enteras, a vuestro gusto y espolvoreáis con el orégano; metéis al horno precalentando a 220º con calor arriba y abajo durante 20 minutos o que esté bien dorada.
