Hola, hola, ya estoy por aquiiiiii, he estado desaparecida por que es que he ido muy liada, que si reuniones de fin de curso, ir a mirar ropa para mis hijos para sus graduaciones, en fin que os voy  a contar que no sepais.
Empezamos con las cocas que de aquí a unos días ya es San Juan, y lo único que me gusta de esta fiesta es la coca de chicharrones, es que me pierdeeee, los petardos ya como que no los soporto tanto, y más si tienes un perro al que le dan panico.

Ya veremos si esta aguanta hasta el sabado, jajajajaja me da a mi que no va a aguantar.

3. 100 gr. leche
4. 200 gr. manteca de cerdo
5. 400 gr. harina
6. 20 gr. levadura de panadería prensada
7. 1 cucharadita sal
8. 200 gr. chicharrones
9. 50 gr. piñones
10. Azúcar húmedo (mojar el azúcar con unas gotas de agua para que quede grueso)

3. Precalentar  el horno a 200º
Trocear  los chicharrones 10 segundos en velocidad 4. Sacar y reservar
 Sin lavar el vaso, poner  la leche, el agua y la manteca y programar 1 minuto a 37º en velocidad 1. 
 Cuando se deshaga la manteca, lo puedes  poner en velocidad 2 para que no vibre el vaso
4. Añadir la levadura, la harina y la sal y mezclar 4 seg velocidad 6 y programar 1 min velocidad espiga.
 Introduce  los chicharrones y mezcla 15 segundos en velocidad espiga.
Termina de de mezclarlos bien con las manos cuando saques la masa de la máquina.
Hornear de 20 a 25 minutos, según horno
