Este es una receta que solo veras en la República Dominicana, muy típico de semana santa aunque algunas veces sencillamente la hacemos cuando nos apetece.   4. En otra cacerola amplia poner azúcar, canela, uvas pasas, y batata. Ojo recomiendo no usar esta batata una vez cocida parece calabaza. No es como la batata que estoy acostumbrada a usar y no me di cuenta hasta que estuvieron cocidas.
  5. Agregamos las leche
  6. Pasar por el colador la crema de alubias.
  7. Agregar la crema de alubia a la cacerola, la pizca de sal y rectificar el azúcar. Yo usé una parte de azúcar y otra de sacarina.
  8. Cocer a fuego medio moviendo de cuando en cuando para que no se agarre a la cacerola. Cuando la crema espese y la superficie se empiece a arrugar ya esta.
  9. Deja atemperar, refrigerar y luego servir con unas galletitas.
