  5. Transcurrido el tiempo, se deja templar y se bate todo durante 1 minuto a velocidad progresiva 5 - 10. A continuación se cuela con un chino para dejar la crema lo más fina posible y retirar todos los restos de las cabezas. En este punto reservamos la crema en la nevera hasta su uso.
  6. Cuando queramos servirla, sólo tenemos que calentarla a fuego lento y le agregamos la nata líquida para darle textura.
