  2. En primer lugar limpiamos la calabaza y la troceamos. La ponemos en el vaso y trituramos durante 10 segundos a velocidad 3-5-9. Añadimos el aceite, la leche, los huevos y el azúcar. Mezclamos todo bien durante 10 segundos a velocidad 6. Por último, incorporamos la harina, la levadura, la pizca de sal y si nos gusta el toque de canela en polvo. Batimos durante 10 segundos a velocidad 6.

  4. En primer lugar limpiamos la calabaza y la troceamos. Podemos usar una picadora, un rallador o bien hacerlo a cuchillo. Añadimos el aceite, la leche, los huevos y el azúcar. Mezclamos bien con la ayuda de una batidora de varillas. Por último, incorporamos la harina, la levadura, la pizca de sal y si nos gusta el toque de canela en polvo. Batimos durante unos segundos hasta conseguir una mezcla homogénea.
  5. Precalentamos el horno a 200ºC. Una vez tengamos la masa lista es la hora de preparar los moldes.
  6. En la bandeja del horno colocamos los moldes de acero y dentro de éstos los moldes de papel. Ya sólo queda rellenar hasta el borde con la masa ayudándonos de una cuchara y por último a mi me gusta echarle un poco de azúcar por encima, que luego le dará un toque muy vistoso.
  7. Dejamos enfriar un poco antes de desmoldar y a disfrutar. Es una gozada hacer magdalenas caseras para el desayuno y si aprovechamos los frutos de temporada, podemos conseguir darles un toque muy particular.
