- Pasados unos minutos, añadimos sal y el ajo y volvemos a triturar, con la batidora lo más fino que podáis, y ahora añadiremos el aceite pero poco a poco y sin dejar de batir, con una jarrita lo vais agregando en hilo, pasar a la nevera unas horas, y servir frío acompañado de huevo duro y jamón, que delicia, es un plato semanal en mi casa en verano, tevasapuntar.
