  6. Retiramos el cabezal, sacamos la cubeta, dejamos enfriar un poco antes de sacar la tortilla.
  7. Sacamos a un plato grande y a disfrutar de un tortillón, cuajado y hecho como hacían nuestras madres pero manchando poco y con poco aceite. Y ya sabéis: una tortilla si no es "llorá", no es tortilla...
