Después de una visita a mi pueblo he tenido la desgracia de juntarme con muchas uvas y ante la idea de que se pongan malas y desperdiciarlas he pensado que a parte de comerlas (cosa que me encanta) podría darle otra salida.
El resultado es un zumo de uva muy natural, con un sabor increíble, sin azúcares añadidos (como los anuncios de la tele) y que a todos los que les da pereza eso de quitar pepitas y pieles a las uvas les va a encantar.

- 600 grs. uvas
- 1 limón
- 300 ml. agua
- 1 cucharada azúcar (yo no le puse nada porque la uva era muy dulce)

- Lavamos muy bien las uvas y las ponemos en el vaso, junto con el limón que pondremos pelado y sin pepitas ni la parte blanca.
Si la variedad de uva no es muy dulce podemos añadirle una cucharada de azúcar.
Programamos 1 minuto a velocidad 5. - Añadimos el agua y programamos 30 segundos a velocidad 3. Usamos un colador o el propio cestillo de la thermomix para colar el zumo dejando todas las pieles y pepitas en el interior del vaso.
- Sin Thermomix:
- Lavamos muy bien las uvas y las ponemos un bol o en un vaso batidor. Añadimos el limón pelado, sin pepitas ni la parte blanca. Si vamos a usar un poco de azúcar también lo añadimos ahora.
Batimos bien. Podemos usar una batidora clásica o un vaso batidor. Os recomiendo éste último porque ensuciaremos menos. El tiempo es orientativo pero la uva tiene que quedar echa zumo.
Añadimos el agua y volvemos a mezclar. - El resultado es un zumo con un sabor muy intenso. Yo procuro que la uva esté previamente en el frigorífico y de esta manera se puede tomar el zumo directamente.
- En caso de no tener tanta uva podéis dividir las cantidades por la mitad y tendréis 2-3 vasos de zumo.
