- Pon en el vaso de la Thermomix el agua, la pimienta el zumo de limón y el eneldo y programa 3 minu / 70 ºc/ v-2. escurre bien la gelatina, añadela al vaso y mezcla 10 segundos v- 3 añade el queso y vuelve a mezclar 12 segundos v-3.
- Montaje Forra un molde bajito de plum-cake con papel film y cubres con el todo de salmón ahumado, encima una capa de queso, otra de salmón así hasta terminar con el queso y lo cierras con otra capa de salmón y por último cierra el film y lo metes en la nevera unas horas que coja cuerpo
- Córtalo en lonchas del tamño de la tostada.
