En la bandeja sobre el pan rallado, vamos con manga pastelera haciendo tiras largas de croquetas. Cortas la tira en porciones y vas empanando en pan rallado, y seguidamente pasas por huevo y de nuevo vuelves a empanar por segunda vez las croquetas por el pan rallado, eso hará que quede muy crujientes el exterior.
