Amasaremos hasta integrar bien las pipas en la masa y formamos un cilindro, que introduciremos en el molde engrasado con aceite y echaremos por encima el resto de pipas. Envolvemos el recipiente en papel de aluminio y dejamos que repose 1 hora, hasta que doble su tamaño.
- Cuando queden unos 15 minutos, ponemos a precalentar el horno a 200 grados. Cuando el pan haya subido, lo introducimos en el horno en la rejilla y en la bandeja de hlrno, un recipiente cln agua, y horneamos durante unos 40-45 minutos a 200 grados. Retiramos del horno y dejamos enfriar sobre una rejilla. Y listo! Podemos servir con queso de untar y salmón ahumado, jamón serrano, jamón dulce, tomate en rodajas... las posibilidades son infinitas.
