- Vamos comprobado hasta que forme una hebra floja. Medimos con un palito marcando la parte húmeda (hasta donde llegó el agua), lo dividimos en 3 haciéndole 3 rayitas y cuando el almíbar reduzca hasta la primera ya está listo.
- Vista de las marcas en el palito.
- Cuando la masa este fermentada, volvemos a amasar.
- Cortamos la mitad de la masa y formamos una tira, dividiéndola en tantas partes iguales no muy grandes.
- Vamos formando los rosquetes con dos dedos uniendo bien los extremos y siempre quitando la poquita masa que nos sobre.
- Vista de los rosquetes formados.
- Calentamos a media temperatura no muy caliente, mitad aceite de oliva con mitad aceite de girasol.
- Freímos los rosquetes hasta que estén doraditos. Los vamos sacando y poniendo en un plato con papel absorbente.
- Los secamos al fuego con algo de almíbar e infusión salteándolos. Para que se queden blanquitos.
- Los rosquetes ya secos al fuego.
