  4. Se van cogiendo trozos de masa y los estiramos muy finos. Con una cucharilla ponemos un poco del relleno, enroscamos y sellamos los bordes con un tenedor.
  5. Lo seguimos haciendo de esa manera hasta terminar con la masa y el relleno. Salen varias docenas.
  6. Cuando ya estén preparadas las freímos en aceite bien caliente y espolvoreamos azúcar por encima. Dejamos enfriar y a disfrutar.
