  8. Ponemos la masa encima de un papel de hornear y con la bola que tenemos la dividimos en dos mitades que nos será más fácil para hacer los mantecados.
  9. Estiramos la masa con un rodillo dejándola de 1 cm de grosor o un poco más.y cortamos los mantecados con un cortapastas
  10. Los colocamos en una bandeja con un papel antiadherente, y los ponemos en el horno, precalentado a 180 grados 12 minutos. (estar muy pendiente no se tienen que dorar mucho, solo ligeramente.
  11. Cuando los sacamos del horno los espolvoreamos con el azúcar y la canela que tenemos ya preparada en un bol.
