  3. Añadimos una cucharada de canela (al gusto de la persona y si no te gusta mucho poner menos),1 y 1/2 cucharada de azúcar, 1 cucharada de agua de azahar
  4. Ponemos 10 segundos velocidad progresiva del 5 al 10
  5. En el molde para horno ya preparado o con papel de horno o con aceite en spray para que no se pege (yo no puse nada) ponemos la base de hojaldre, le echamos el relleno del vaso y lo cubrimos con la otra capa de hojaldre
  6. Antes de meterlos en el horno lo cortamos de la manera que quedan cuadrados, en cada cuadrado le ponemos una almendra en medio y al horno
  7. Horno ya precalentado, lo metemos y ponemos la baklava a 180 grados sobre 15 minutos más o menos que esté doradito
  8. En una taza ponemos miel derretida y agua de azahar y lo ponemos por encima de la baklava, esperamos que se enfríe y a comérselo!!!
