  5. Dejamos reposar en el vaso bien tapado (yo le puse un mantel grueso de tela que cubriera toda la Thermomix y un paño de cocina de rizo encima de la tapadera) para que doblara de volumen (aproximadamente una hora).
  6. Encendemos el horno a 180º yo la puse con aire ( no el tradicional solo aire) en el fondo del horno puse un recipiente 1/2 litro de agua.
  7. Nos ponemos un poco de aceite en las manos y sacamos la masa (tiene que salir la masa por el vocal de la Thermomix) estiramos la masa con las manos sobre un papel vegetal, pincelamos con huevo los laterales de la coca y le ponemos los piñones y la azúcar turronada, y en el centro ponemos la crema y la adornamos con las guindas.
  8. Horneamos en el horno 15 minutos.
