  3. Thermomix. Introducimos en el vaso los mejillones, la cebolla y el jamón, con unos toques de pimienta negra. Triturar bien. Sacar y dejar en un bol.
  4. Thermomix, con los restos de la mezcla anterior, aprovechamos para preparar la bechamel espesa, con la mantequilla, la harina, el toque de nuez moscada y algo de leche caliente. Luego al bol (tengo una receta de como preparar la bechamel sin la thermomix).
  5. En el bol, tenemos la mezcla y la bechamel, removemos y unimos los sabores.
  6. Batimos un huevo. Rellenamos la cáscara de los mejillones.
  7. Cubrimos con el pan rallado y después con una cucharadita del huevo batido.
  8. Ponemos la sartén al fuego con bastante aceite. Sofreímos cada tigre, primero por la cara de la mezcla
  9. Luego por la otra cara, hasta que se doren. Sacar a plato con papel absorbente.
  10. Decorar con ramitas de perejil y a servir.
