  1. Ponemos en remojo las lentejas en agua fría abundante la noche de antes y si no unas horas. (A gustos, yo no las he remojado y han salido perfectas, he usado las pardinas)

    Picamos la cebolla, el pimiento (yo en thermomix 6 seg, vel 4) reservamos.

    Pelamos y picamos las patatas en cuadraditos y las zanahoria en rodajas.
  2. En una sartén o cazuela echamos el aceite, añadimos la cebolla, el pimiento y lo pochamos, cuando esté dorado añadimos la cucharada de pimentón, removemos.

    Las costillas las pasamos un poco por la sartén hasta que estén doraditas.
  3. Añadimos las zanahorias, patatas, lentejas, chorizo, jamón o bacón, las costillas, la hoja de laurel, la pastilla de caldo y la sal a la olla y removemos todo bien y añadimos el agua y temperatura baja low durante 6 horas.
