  1. Calentamos la leche que quede tibia y deshacemos la levadura
  2. Hablandamos la mantequilla en el micro o al baño maria y la añadimos ,luego el huevo y el chorreón de agua de azahar, integramos todo bien y le añadimos la harina luego la sal y el azúcar normal y el azúcar invertido y amasamos bien , con una espatula pues la masa es un poco pegajosa, si teneis robot de cocina mejor yo lo hago en la thermomix
  3. Dejar reposar la masa media hora que fermente y suba como minimo,pues si sobra la podeis poner en la nevera para el dia siguiente
  4. Echar una cantidad generosa de azúcar perlado en la masa integrandola y calentamos la gofrera al maximo y pincelamos con mantequilla derretida y añadir como dos cucharadas generosas de masa.
  5. Echamos un poco mas de azúcar perlado por encima y cerramos unos 4-5 minutos
